Training Our Future

Training our Future is an initiative of Circularity Consulting, designed to support VET early childhood trainers and assessors to explore contemporary pedagogy, quality, and professional identity in their work with students and trainees.

Beginning in 2019, Training Our Future has hosted a range of professional learning opportunities, both online and face-to-face, to create a community of practice that bolsters the quality of RTO’s teaching practice in the delivery of accredited early childhood qualifications.

Our growing relationships with trainers and assessors and RTO management aims to promote and strengthen the critical role of the VET sector in delivering high quality early childhood education and care.
